RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
All original artwork purchases are final. Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of original artwork, returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted for changes of mind, except as required by applicable law.
Shipping Damage
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order information and photographs of the artwork and its packaging. Please retain all original packaging materials while the issue is being reviewed.
Depending on the circumstances, an appropriate resolution may include repair, replacement where possible, or a refund, consistent with applicable law.
Incorrect or Misrepresented Artwork
If you receive artwork that is incorrect or materially differs from its description, please contact us so we can arrange an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.
Returns and Refunds
Please do not return artwork without prior authorization. Any approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping
Complimentary shipping is included for purchases delivered within the contiguous United States.
For destinations outside the contiguous United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, additional shipping charges may apply. These charges will be quoted after purchase and must be approved before the artwork is shipped. If the buyer does not approve the additional shipping charges, the order will be canceled and refunded in full.
International purchases are not currently available through online checkout. Collectors outside the United States are welcome to contact us directly to discuss purchasing and shipping arrangements.
Third Party Websites and Content
The Site may contain links to other web sites ("Third Party Sites") as well as articles, photographs, text, graphics, pictures, video, information and other content or items belonging to or originating from third parties (the "Third Party Material").
